Product Overview:

  • Input your personal information (height, weight, age, gender), and the software automatically calculates the calories you burn during the day.

  • Establish a weight loss program by selecting a diet plan and setting weight loss goals.  Input your desired weight and select a target date.  Diet & Exercise Assistant automatically calculates your daily food budget.

  • Track your nutrition by monitoring calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, and saturated fat.

  • Use the large food database of almost 10,000 food items containing all the nutrient information to track your diet easily. The food database is configurable and you can add, delete, or edit any group, category, or food item. The nutritional information label on the back of most products contains all the information you need to add a food item to the food database.

  • Find food items easily with new search features. The food database has been re-structured for maximum look-up performance and ease-of-use.

  • Automatically convert the serving size of all food items and drinks to any of the standard cooking units: pinch, teaspoon, tablespoon, cup, pint, quart, gallon, liter, milliliter, fluid ounce, gram, pound, etc.

  • Use the new histogram chart to track calorie and nutrient intake instead of target values. All six nutrients are available from the histogram: calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, total fat, and saturated fat.

  • Enter your weight and the Diet & Exercise Assistant will graph your current weight on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. You can compare your current weight to what is considered normal for your age, gender and height.

  • Track your exercise by selecting an activity from a large exercise database. Input the minutes spent exercising, and the software automatically calculates the calories you burned through exercise.

  • Use the Summary and Nutrient tables to quickly summarize the calories and nutrients you have consumed and compare the totals to your diet plan targets. 

  • Use the Daily Journal to input any notes you wish.

  • Input body measurements and watch your body shape improve as you reach your weight loss goals.  Quick help is available so you know how to take accurate measurements.

  • Estimate your body fat percentage from body measurements.

  • The desktop supports multiple users (family members) each with their own handhelds.

  • A long range historical weight chart is available.  Chart options include: last 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 5 years.

  • Print data from the Food Log, Exercise Log, Daily Journal, Summary Table, and Historic Weight chart.

  • Export your user data to CSV (comma separated values) file.  Use Excel for further charting and data analysis.
